| Appointment Etiquette: Service times vary and treatments are booked by appointment only. For your convenience, we encourage you to make your next appointment prior to leaving the spa. To redeem a gift certificate or voucher, please provide the voucher number when making your appointment. To ensure a relaxing experience for all we ask that you do not bring children to the spa. First time clients should arrive 5 minutes before the appointment. Late arrival will lead to a shorter service time. All facials, body treatments and eyelash appointments are held with a credit card.
